Õ MĀNUKA honey are all natural products harvested from New Zealand's pristine environment. All natural products are influenced by seasonal and regional conditions like climate, rain (moisture), wind and more. Some areas produce paler honey than others. Like a good wine, Õ MĀNUKA honey will grow in flavour and darken with age.
